PICCOLA CASA DI ALFA

The apartment, with a total area of 50 m2, is located on the ground floor of a detached house in Retziki area, Thessaloniki, which dates back to 1998. The key challenge of the study was both the visibility and highlighting of the car in the space and the remodeling of the functional structure of the apartment. Particular emphasis was placed on the coloring, the textures, the materials combination and the appropriate lighting that highlights them. Retro and clean-cut lines were combined with the collectible car to offer a functional environment for moments of calmness and relaxation. The living space of the apartment is made up by the hidden lightning special-purpose bed, two armchairs, an ancilliary stool and a coffee table as well as a wall compounded of a television and a sliding doors mirrors-lined wardrobe thus achieving the feeling of an enlarged space in addition to the reflection of the car. Pure forms, quality lighting, high aesthetics materials and smart electromechanical amenities make up a luxurious environment tailored to the the users’ needs for the functional adaptation of the apartment and the projection of the collectible Alfa Romeo GTV 1974.
